Clear + Brilliant for great skin at any age

Clear and Brilliant laser is great for men and women. I refer to it as the “Baby Fraxel” not as an intense a treatment as Fraxel Dual but it works on the same premise without the intense heat and depth as the Fraxel Dual. This is a perfect treatment for someone who does not have time for the downtime. Best in a series of 6 monthly. Can be done as a single treatment or a maintenance treatment. The laser wave length of 1440nm creates tiny channels in the skin. Again, very similar to skin aeration of the Fraxel Dual mentioned in the previous blog. It creates a collagen response to improve the skin’s appearance, just not as intense.

In your 30s and 40s use it as preventive aging with the increase of collagen production. Any age can use it to refresh your skin. Prior to treatment we always start with the Visia skin analysis, as your baseline. We can discuss what changes you are looking for and what we see through the Visia. What to expect

After a treatment your skin will be slightly red for 1-2 days. One should avoid exercise for 48 hours. Stay Hydrated, drink lots of water. You will have a very fine feel of sand paper on the skin that was treated. This skin will exfoliate off in 2-4 days, but could take up to 7 days. While your skin will feel like sand paper, no one will notice the texture difference. Proper post skin care recommendations should be followed strictly to ensure your results.We want to hydrate and protect the skin with products that do not irritate the skin recovery process. In 5-7 days your skin will begin to feel soft and refreshed without real downtime.
