With over a decade in the world of injectables, lasers, and body contouring, Amanda has mastered the art of helping people look refreshed without looking “done.” Her specialty? Creating results that make people say, “You look amazing… what’s your secret?”
Amanda is known for her regenerative approach to beauty. She loves using treatments like hyperdilute Radiesse to encourage your skin to wake up, rebuild, and glow from the inside out. From neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®) to beautifully subtle dermal filler work, her techniques focus on enhancing—not changing—your natural features.

Kristen is a skilled nurse practitioner specializing in medical aesthetics and wellness. What began as a personal passion has evolved into a rewarding career where she blends her clinical expertise with her love for helping patients look and feel their best.
With more than 14 years of nursing experience, Kristen now focuses her expertise on aesthetics, health, and wellness. She is certified in injectable therapies, advanced laser treatments, and body contouring, and is also a Certified EvexiPEL Hormone Replacement Therapy Provider. By blending aesthetics with hormone optimization, Kristen offers a truly comprehensive approach to helping patients look and feel their best at every stage of life.
Kristen is dedicated to creating customized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s unique needs and goals. She is passionate about education, empowering her patients to understand their options and feel confident throughout their aesthetic and wellness journey.
Maryann Gaudreau
CCMA, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant
Maryann has been a dedicated professional in the healthcare industry since 2007, beginning her career as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant in a large family practice. With over five years of experience in Aesthetics, Wellness and Anti-Aging, she brings both clinical knowledge and a passion for patient care to her role.
Maryann is committed to helping patients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals, believing that true confidence comes from feeling your best both inside and out. She is excited to be part of the Aesthetics By Eileen team, where she continues to expand her expertise in aesthetic and anti-aging treatments.
You may find Maryann welcoming patients at the front desk or assisting providers in the back office. She is certified and trained in various aesthetic procedures with a particular focus on body contouring using Emsculpt and Coolsculpting technologies.
Ava Swain
Ava Swain is a nursing student at Queens University of Charlotte, currently learning and assisting at Aesthetics by Eileen. Before attending Queens University of Charlotte, Ava was a Division I student-athlete at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she balanced academics with competing on the women’s volleyball team while working part time at Aesthetics by Eileen.
At Aesthetics by Eileen, Ava has enjoyed learning from the most influential aesthetic nurse in the area, Eileen Slutsky. From working at the front desk to assisting Eileen in the back to managing social media behind the scenes, Ava is passionate about assisting in all areas of the practice. Ava looks forward to transitioning into a full-time role at Aesthetics by Eileen, once she is a registered nurse, where she can combine her clinical training, athletic discipline, academic commitment and passion for helping others into her practice. Ava is extremely excited about continuing to build relationships with patients and her goal is to help patients feel confident in their own skin.

Eileen has spent the last 43 years as a registered nurse with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and specifically the last 38 years as an aesthetic nurse. Eileen’s years of experience allow her to tailor treatments to the specific patient at any age. Aesthetics by Eileen takes an outcome-oriented approach when addressing patient specific concerns. Upon entering our medspa, we will take a holistic and educated approach to address your personal needs. The entire staff is eager to help you reach the outcome that you have dreamed of.
